Organisational Structure
CG3231 Committee of Management
Aireys Inlet Community Garden(cg3231) is an incorporated organisation. As such it is run by a Committee of Management (COM). An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held once a year in either October or November. Members are welcome to join the COM.

The real work in the Garden is done by the various Teams- anyone can join a team.
Garden Team
The Garden Team organises the planting in the Common Beds and runs the twice monthly working bees, special working bees, the watering roster, composting and much more.
Building and Maintenance Team
As the name suggests the Building & Maintenance team builds whatever is needed in the Garden and maintains our infrastructure.
Other Teams
From time to time other teams are set up for specific tasks such as food preservation workshops, social events, mowing and composting and more.
